Questions on CamelBak Alpine Explorer Tramping Hydration Pack
-
From Sandra Broom on 3/12/11
- I will trekking to Everest Base camp and are looking for a Camel Bak suitable for a female for up to 7 - 8 hours trekking a day. I will require it to carry extras like a DSLR camera, goretex jacket and have enough room to allow for taking layers on and off. I may require room for an extra water bottle and also ofr nobbles and of course walking poles. What can you recommend.
- Hi Sandra, Here are a few pack suggestions I would recommend would be the most useful to you. They all have a 3lire water bladder and at least 20L carrying capacity which I think you will need. The Alpine Explorer http://www.bivouac.co.nz/gear/camping-and-tramping/hydration-packs/camelbak-alpine-explorer-tramping-hydration-pack.html, the Helena http://www.bivouac.co.nz/gear/camping-and-tramping/hydration-packs/camelbak-women-s-helena-tramping-hydration-pack.html and the Trinity http://www.bivouac.co.nz/camelbak-women-s-trinity-tramping-hydration-pack.html
These are all women's specific packs so will be more comfortable. I hope this helps. Thanks
