Technology
210D Plain Weave nylon: a lightweight plain weave fabric used for low wearing lining details to reduce weight while providing suppleness and good abrasion resistance. Coated with 1.5oz polyurethane.
630D Invista Ballistic Superpack Nylon: constructed by combining two 630D high tenacity nylon yarns into an effective 1260D ballistics weave yarn, this textile provides exceptional abrasion resistance, tear strength and snow/dirt shedding properties. Coated with 1.5oz polyurethane.
420D Invista HT Ripstorm™: grid re-inforced for superior tear strength, this fabric is used in the main panels. Balancing weight with abrasion resistance, this medium weight ripstop textile offers excellent durability and snow shedding propertied. Coated with 1.5oz polyurethane.
630D Invista HT Superpack nylon: 100% high tenacity nylon - polyurethane coating constructed with tight Oxford plain weave, this tough packcloth delivers great abrasion resistance, tear strength and snow/dirt shedding properties. Coated with 1.5oz polyurethane.
EV®50 foam: vigorously opposes compression damage and will not freeze at asny temperature you can live through.
Hypalon™: used for die cut details like Zipper Garages™ and board holders, it results in clean lines and bombproof durability.
HDPE framsheet: high density polyethylene (HDPE) is used for Arc'teryx pack framesheets. It is stress-relieved to prevent warping providing a stiff but light platform.
