- We lost the bite valve on this drink bottle.
What is the piece to relace it, and can we get it from Bivouac? My sister picked up a valve but it has an extra post on it that this drink bottle doesn't have.I think it goes on a bladder system.
- Hi Lyndel, There is a specific bite valve and straw set that is available for the Camelbak Better Bottles. You get a replacement bite valve and 2 replacement straws, this set is $19.95. Unfortunately you can not buy the bite valves separately. Thanks

- Hi Matthew, The only metal bottles we are currently stocking are the Ewan Bottles and unfortunately these do not fit with the lids from the Camelbak bottles. Thanks

- Do you stock the insulated sleeves for these bottles?
- Hi Brian, Unfortunately the Insulated sleeves for the better bottles are no longer available as the supplier does not bring them in any longer and it is not something we stocked. The closest things available now is the Camelbak Podium which is an insulated bottle. Thanks

- Hi, we just bought this bottle but it seems like the something in there is blocked. We could see that the valve is opened but we simply could not sip any water out. Any idea whats wrong with this bottle? Thanks!
- Hi Elina, I am not sure what the fault is however if you return the bottle to us we will organise a replacement for you. You can take it in to any of Bivouac stores or you can return it to us at Bivouac Web Sales, Unit 3 / 81 Clarence St, Tower Junction 8023, Christchurch. Thanks
