The Evac Shovel is an ultra durable, super compact tool you can use as a shovel or a hoe for rapid snow removal or digging test pits. It comes in two sizes with large blades with a flat bottom profile to move lots of snow fast and which will give you a good clean face on your pit wall. The Evac has an extendable shaft and a large D handle for increased comfort. A top of the line shovel for professional use.

Care
  • When chopping hard snow or ice do not use so much force that you bend the blade
  • Never pry a full blade of dense snow, as it may damage the blade and/or shaft
  • Never use your shovel as a hammer
  • If sliding action becomes sticky, fully cycle the shovel several times, clean the shaft, spring pins and hosel to regain smooth action
  • Periodically spray the spring pins with silicone to prevent freezing
  • If your shovel has been exposed to salt, rinse with fresh water and dry before storing
  • Inspect your shovel before and after each use and retire it if has been damaged
