Shoe Fit Scale: 1-5 where 1 represents inov-8's closest, most narrow fit and 5 has the widest fitting toe box. The lower the number (the narrower the fit), the more minimal internal movement of your foot when running fast on technical terrain. The higher the number the more the shoe fits wider feet and those wanting extra comfort in the toe box - perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

As a guide finding the right fit for you, stand upright on a ruler whilst wearing the socks you run in and measure from heel to toe. Find the nearest figure in the 'in cm' column and read from the relative figures in that row.
This is a guide only to choosing your initial shoe size and a 3mm footbed or vclume adjuster may be inserted to fine tune the fit.
