PURE Fluid Energy Gels have a more fluid consistency than traditional gels making them easier and quicker to consume while you're on the go. They are designed for snacking on and provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way using only real ingredients, carbohydrates and electrolytes. The Lemon Lime gel gets its flavour from real lemon and lime juices, is gut-friendly, not overly sweet and uses maltodextrin for carbohydrates for quick absorption to fuel your muscles. To be used in conjunction with a nutritious diet, not as a replacement. Not recommended for children under 15 or pregnant women and in these cases should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

- Science tells us that consuming 30-60 grams plus of carbs per hour (even higher in ultra endurance activities), within a session, will enhance performance. Although it may feel early, this should be started in the very first hour, ideally 10-15 min pre start and then one to two gels hourly on top of your electrolyte hydration but trial this in training and adjust to suit you
- Recommended use: use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.
