Chest: Place your measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around your waist across your belly button.
Hip: Place your measuring tape around the fullest point on your hips.
In instances where your body measurements are midway between two sizes it is recommended choosing the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger for a looser fit. All Mons Royale garments are long in the torso to give coverage for active use comfort.

The long back adds coverage and an integrated sunglass wipe in the hem is a handy addition.
