Venison Stroganoff is made with wild harvested venison from South Australia each autumn with sautéed onions, mushrooms, sour cream. It is a great meal when you are out adventuring whether you want to eat it straight from the packet or put the packet in boiling water for 5 minutes. All natural, gluten free and preservative free.
