The Go Series 2.0 Replacement Membrane Microfilter for your Go Series 2.0 Water Filter Bottle. It includes both a Membrane Microfilter and an activated Carbon filter which, together, improves the taste of your drinking water and protects you against bacteria, parasites, microplastics, chlorine, silt, sand and cloudiness when you are out and about on your travels and everyday adventures.
Features
- Compatible with Go series water bottles purchased 2023 or later. Not compatible with earlier models that feature the flip-up mouthpiece and carabiner attachment
- Filters out contaminants: the Membrane microfilter protects against Bacteria (including E.coli and Salmonella), Parasites (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium), Microplastics, sand, dirt, and cloudiness
- Pore size: 0.2 micron
- Improves taste: the Carbon filter reduces chlorine, odours and organic chemical matter for improved taste
- Long lasting: the Membrane microfilter lasts up to 4000 litres - about five years of daily use; the activated Carbon filter lasts up to 100 litres of water (about 2 months) with proper use and maintenance
- Rigorously tested and meets NSF 42 standard for chlorine reduction and US EPA and NSF P231 drinking water standards for the removal of bacteria and parasites
- Regular backwashing keeps the filter clean and prevents it from clogging
- Includes: BPA-Free Membrane microfilter and activated Carbon filter
- Note that this system does not filter out viruses - to be aware of while traveling anywhere this could be an issue
