HIGH STRENGTH NYLON JOINTS

Hubs and joining components are molded using a high-strength nylon and engineered for maximum precision. This provides solid and secure sockets for the alloy sections.

REINFORCED MOUNTING POINTS

All Helinox chair sockets and mounting points are over-engineered and reinforced extensively with a high grade 600 weave polyester to avoid wear and tear.

Every chair in the Helinox range uses advanced DAC Extruded TH72M Alloy Tubing to provide maximum strength with minimum weight. All DAC Alloys use a 'Green Anodising' process to produce beautiful colours while being better for the environment.
