The T3 All Season Trekker is a heavily-cushioned, reinforced sock designed for maximum protection and comfort on your adventures with hard-shell footwear in warm to hot conditions. It features COOLMAX® to pull moisture away from your skin, TENCEL® to spread it out over a large area for fast evaporation and a stretch nylon with LYCRA® for durability and to keep these socks in place all day long.
Features
COOLMAX® fibres wick away moisture
10% stretch nylon with LYCRA® all throughout the sock means no slipping or bunching up,. These socks will stay up in your boots all day long.
Flat Knit Toe Seam means no irritation on your toes
Heavy cushioning for added protection
Three layered (T3): hydrophobic next-to-skin layer wicks moisture to keep your skin dry, a hydrophilic mid-outer layer absorbs the moisture from your skin and spreads it for a faster drying time and a resistant outer layer (nylon) to protect the areas most exposed to friction
Multiple Density Knit: By controlling the density and tensioning of the yarn during the Dynamic Knitting Process, Lorpen shapes and engineers the sock to accurately reflect each part of the foot's specific need
T3 technology for warm weather socks: 3 layers of differentiated yarn with a hydrophobic yarn next-to-skin to keep your skin dry, a hydrophilic yarn in the mid-outer side to absorb the moisture out of the skin and spread it for faster drying and a resistant yarn on the outside to protect the areas most exposed to friction.
T3 design with COOLMAX® and TENCEL® results in cooler and drier feet:
Reduces the chance of irritation during long and intense activities
Reduces the chance of getting "clammy" feet
Less chance for bacteria growth in the toe area
COOLMAX® fabric is the performance fabric that includes an effective fibre-based moisture management system. The system can move perspiration away from the body, and through the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing you to feel cooler and more comfortable
TENCEL® is a natural, man made fibre which is also referred to as lyocell. Made with wood pulp from sustainable tree farms, TENCEL® fibres are created though the use of nanotechnology in an award-winning closed-loop process that recovers or decomposes all solvents and emissions. Certified by the international Forest Stewardship Council and 100% biodegradable.
