The ultralight, 3-layer Storm Racer Running Jacket is an emergency waterproof shell that can be layered over your running vest or slim pack with a unique two-zip design for easy access to the water and gear you're carrying, as well as providing ventilation options. Other features include an adjustable hood, a snap on the hem to adjust fit and easy on/off plus a stash pocket in the hood that lets you stow the jacket up small when not needed.
