PURE Energy Gels have a traditional consistency and are designed for snacking on and provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way using only real ingredients, carbohydrates and electrolytes. The Manuka Honey gel gets its flavour from NZ Manuka honey, is gut-friendly, not overly sweet and uses maltodextrin for carbohydrates for quick absorption to fuel your muscles. To be used in conjunction with a nutritious diet, not as a replacement. Not recommended for children under 15 or pregnant women and in these cases should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

- Flavoured with premium New Zealand honey that gives it a "real" flavour with no nasty after taste, not too sweet or over flavoured
- Science tells us that consuming 30-60 grams plus of carbs per hour (even higher in ultra endurance activities), within a session, will enhance performance. Although it may feel early, this should be started in the very first hour, ideally 10-15 min pre start and then one to two gels hourly on top of your electrolyte hydration but trial this in training and adjust to suit you
- Recommended use: use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.
