The slim-fit ThermoBall™ 50/50 Jacket is designed for warmth during your adventures on the trail in really cold conditions. Along with ThermoBall™ Eco insulation, it is features updated baffling for a lighter weight, added warmth when you are still and added breathability when you are moving. The hood, high collar, stretchy cuffs and internal hem drawcord further keep the cold out and the whole jacket stows in the left-hand pocket for easy packing. Made with recycled materials for a lesser environmental impact.

ThermoBall™ Eco: developed in partnership with PrimaLoft, Inc., ThermoBall™ Eco is a revolution in insulation technology, manufactured from 100% post-consumer plastic - you get the lightweight, all-weather warmth of standard ThermoBall™ insulation, but also the little extra-warm-feeling you get from doing your part for the planet. ThermoBall™ technology: is a lightweight, synthetic down alternatice that gives you phenomenal warmth, even in wet conditions. ThermoBall™ retains loft and traps heat no matter how wet your environment. Unlike traditional continuous-filament synthetic insulations, the small, round PrimaLoft® synthetic-fibre clusters closely mimic down clusters, trapping heat within small air pockets to retain warmth. Independent clo testing by Kansas State University has shown that ThermoBall™ has warmth equivalent to 600-fill goose down. As a result, ThermoBall™ can offer the light weight, loft, warmth and compressibility of down with the wet-weather insulating performance of synthetic insulation.
