Bivouac welcomes your feedback through the option to "Review" its products online where you have purchased this product from Bivouac. However, we request that you be specific in your comments, and that you do not voluntarily submit any ideas, suggestions or materials related to the business of Bivouac. If despite this request, you do voluntarily submit any ideas, suggestions or materials related to the business of Bivouac either directly to the Site or indirectly by means of any third party, including without limitation through Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest or Twitter (Submissions), No Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Bivouac, and Bivouac shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Bivouac does not usually actively supervise, edit, control, monitor or censor the Submissions. However, Bivouac may from time to time review Submissions and you acknowledge that Bivouac retains the right to edit or take down Submissions and may suspend you from participating on the Site at Bivouac's sole discretion. These Terms of Sale only apply to the purchase of products offered for sale on this Site (Online Purchase). Â Separate terms and conditions apply to purchases made in our retail stores. Â Promotions and offers advertised on this Site may not be valid in connection with any purchase made in Bivouac retail stores or elsewhere. Â Similarly, promotions and offers available in Bivouac retail stores or elsewhere may not be valid in respect of Online Purchases.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection laws in New Zealand.
Please refer to our separate Terms of Use of the Site above and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between the Terms of Sale and either the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, these Terms of Sale will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency in respect of Online Purchases.
Placing an Order
To purchase a product, please select a product by placing it in the Site shopping cart. Your selection of a product constitutes an offer by you to Bivouac to buy the selected product (Order). Â All Orders are subject to acceptance by Bivouac and are subject to availability. Â Bivouac will confirm receipt of the Order by e-mail.
Bivouac will confirm acceptance of the Order when your payment is received in full as cleared funds by dispatching the products to you and by sending an invoice to you by email confirming that your order has been accepted.
Price
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Â Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or product description error affecting your Order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it.
The cost of your Order will be the price of the products ordered on the Site. However, you will be solely liable for all credit card charges, including bank charges on the transaction for each Online Purchase. Bivouac will add any transaction charges by your financial institution to the payment. Additional costs may apply as outlined in the 'Product Returns' section of these Terms of Use.
Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly displayed during checkout and included in your total purchase price.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, Afterpay or direct bank transfer.
You must be 18 years of age or older to make an Online Purchase and you may only use your own credit card.
To pay for an Online Purchase simply complete the requested details when prompted to do so in the "Checkout" section of the Site.
Once your payment has been authorised by your bank, the Order will be processed.
The Bivouac reserves the right to refuse any Orders that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent manner.
Delivery
Online Purchases can only be delivered within mainland New Zealand.
Any estimated delivery times are indicative only and may be subject to delays outside our reasonable control, including postal delays or force majeure events. For further details, please refer to our Delivery/Shipping Charges page.
Our carrier is unable to deliver to the following locations: airports, hospitals and prisons.
Our carrier is also unable to deliver the products if the delivery address is Parcel Locker.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations that represent an obvious hazard to the safety of the carrier or to the protection of the products.

Limited Releases
If a product is a Limited Release, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or otherwise required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Order Cancellations
Orders accepted by Bivouac will only be cancelled by Bivouac in its sole discretion, including the recovery of its reasonable costs for the acceptance of the Order, delivery of the products and its cancellation. You may Contact Us in order to make a request for the cancellation of an Order.
Product Description and Availability
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details, measurements and descriptions of the products given on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible but there may be variations between these and the products supplied for an Online Purchase. We do not warrant that the product descriptions are complete or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. Products featured on this Site may not be available in the Bivouac’s retail stores and similarly, products featured in the Bivouac’s retail stores or elsewhere may not be available on this Site.
Discount Codes, Promotions and Vouchers
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (Discount Code) that can be used for eligible purchases made though Site. The terms relating to any Discount Code will be specified at the time of issue.
These following terms relate to all Bivouac Outdoor promotions, competitions and Discount Codes (unless otherwise stated).
Unless otherwise stated:
Products marked as 'clearance' are end of line and priced to clear. While stocks last. Stocks, sizes and colours may be limited.Â
Brand or product category exclusions may also apply. We will let you know if the Discount Code can’t be used against certain brands or product categories in the specific terms of a promotion before you complete your purchase.
Discount Codes are non transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and must not be resold. We may cancel or refuse to honour a Discount Code where we reasonably believe it has been misused or applied contrary to these Terms. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers to the extent permitted by law.
Gift Vouchers
Once a gift voucher has been issued to a Bivouac Outdoor account, it becomes the property of the account holder. After issuance, we may decline to discuss the voucher with the original purchaser.
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. They are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given for purchases made using a gift voucher. Any unused balance will remain available on the voucher until expiry.
Reseller Policy
Bivouac reserves the right to cancel any Orders that it reasonably believes have been placed by resellers or other parties for the purpose of on-selling.
This includes, but is not limited to, bulk purchases or multiple orders placed under different accounts or names that Bivouac deems to be intended for resale.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the products supplied by means of an Online Purchase are retained by the Bivouac and you are not entitled to reverse engineer or rebrand the product in any way.
