If you haven't received your collection email within 4 working hours of placing your order, feel free to give the store a phone call to check on progress.
Stores:

Collection:
Most Click & Collect orders will be available for pick up during store hours on the same day as ordered. Some items may need to come in from other stores and could take up to 2 - 4 working days to arrive. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
The person collecting the order will need a valid ID or be able to show your pick up confirmation email.
