- Flat Knit Toe Seam means no irritation on your toes
- Two layered (T2): hydrophobic/hydrophilic layer wicks moisture and spreads it on the outside for faster evaporation to keep your skin dry and a resistant outer layer (nylon) to protect the areas most exposed to friction
- Multiple Density Knit: By controlling the density and tensioning of the yarn during the Dynamic Knitting Process, Lorpen shapes and engineers the sock to accurately reflect each part of the foot's specific need

T2 technology socks: are made for mid-intensity activities. Manufactured with Merino wool, polyester, or blended fibres. Lorpen then add nylon in key reinforcement areas to ensure comfort and durability. T2 socks are designed for people who want enhanced durability and performance during everyday activities.
COOLMAX® fabric is the performance fabric that includes an effective fibre-based moisture management system. The system can move perspiration away from the body, and through the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing you to feel cooler and more comfortable.
MerinoDry fibre mixes and complements the main benefits of superfine Merino wool with synthetic polyester that improves moisture management and dries faster, providing greater resistance.

*Due to the oversized nature of certain products in our range we must charge an oversized shipping fee of $30 for 1 oversized item, or $50 for 2 or more oversized items to reflect the cost of shipping. This will include large packs, tents or heavy items. In most cases, a note will be displayed in the product description where this is applicable.
International Orders:
We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
- Your Order Confirmation Email and Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent from shop@bivouac.co.nz
- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.
Track & Trace
All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

Non Shipping Days and Delays:
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.
Note: During public holidays courier services are unavailable and dispatch will occur the next working day:

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
