The lightweight FUJI SPEED 4 is a racer designed for speed, propulsion and control on more runnable trails. It features a dual layer of FF BLAST™ PLUS midsole cushioning for plush comfort and energy return with a trail-optimised PEBAX® plate sandwiched in between that boosts your stride forward as well as provide more control up and down hills. The ASICSGRIP™ outsole with 3.5mm lugs provides good traction on a variety of terrain.

- Lace band: an elastic strap on the tongue of the shoe where you can tuck your shoe laces to prevent them from coming untied

- Full length trail optimised PEBAX® propulsion plate helps to improve control and propel you forward on the trails

- 3.5mm lugs provide great grip and traction on trails
