Delivery Charges:

*Due to the oversized nature of certain products in our range we must charge an oversized shipping fee of $30 for 1 oversized item, or $50 for 2 or more oversized items to reflect the cost of shipping. This will include large packs, tents or heavy items. In most cases, a note will be displayed in the product description where this is applicable.

International Orders:
We are unable to ship internationally.

NZ Overnight Delivery:

All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

• Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
• We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
• We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
• For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
• Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
• Your Order Confirmation Email and Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent from shop@bivouac.co.nz
• Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
