- VIVID Lens technology is a patented technology developed by Giro in partnership with ZEISS® Optics to improve your visual experience on snow by enhancing contrast and definition. It effectively manipulates blue light by letting in contrast-enhancing blue light, while blocking harmful UV light. VIVID essentially filters out the haze and frees your eyes to spot your line and focus on enjoying your riding experience
- VIVID Infrared lenses are designed for (S1) overcast or stormy conditions and have a 43-79% VLT (visible light transmission)
- Anti-Fog Coating keeps your vision and riding experience on point
- EVAK Vent technology, found exclusively no VIVID goggle models, uses a new foam made from an ultra-durable, non-absorbent material. EVAK vents minimise the chance of fogging by releasing moisture while simultaneously creating a barrier from the elements
- Expansion View (EV) technology, perfected at Giro's test lab, is a ground-breaking new frame design that serves up unparalleled peripheral vision. Giro started with a helmet-compatible goggle and then shaved down the frame rim and added frameless zones to optimise a massive spherical lens focussed on the best possible peripheral vision in a goggle
- Injection-moulded cylindrical lenses that help refine optics and minimise the distortion that can occur in thermo-formed cylindrical lenses
