Hand circumference: measure around your dominant hand at the knuckles Hand Length: measure from the crease at the base of your wrist (on the palm side) to the tip of your middle finger
With properly sized gloves or mitts, there should be about 1cm of room at your fingertips and the side of your hand. The sizes provided allow for the extra room. If your gloves are too tight, they will restrict airflow and your hands will get cold. It's better to have gloves that feel a tiny bit too big, because they will help your blood circulate and keep you warm.
