The PURE Electrolyte Hydration Low Carb 160g Pineapple Tub is a premium natural isotonic electrolyte drink base that uses real freeze-dried pineapple juice powder for flavour on a coconut water base and is especially formulated for when you want a low carbohydrate, low sugar alternative to standard sport drinks. It has the four electrolytes you need to replace those lost during exercise and sweating and can also be used when you need to hydrate but may not need the added energy of a regular sports drink. Each tub has enough powder to make up 20 litres (or 20 x 1000ml serves).
