- A natural isotonic electrolyte sports drink base flavoured with real freeze-dried fruit powders and juices, no nasties, no artificial colours or preservatives just all natural flavours
- Uses 5% carbohydrate content designed to be easily digested and to quickly fuel muscles without upsetting your stomach
- Assists with ensuring adequate fluid intake during exercise and helps prevent or treat mild dehydration that may occur as a result of sustained strenuous exercise
- Formulated with key electrolytes; sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to help replace electrolytes lost during exercise and sweating. In a performance context, these 4 electrolytes play a pivotal role in water balance, supporting the nervous system and functioning of muscles.
- When exercise lasts longer than 60 minutes, a sports drink should be considered to replace lost fluid and electrolytes. Specific fluid recommendations can vary from approximately 500ml to upwards of 1000ml per hour depending on the circumstances, the general recommendation is 500ml to 750ml per hour during extended exercise
- Directions: Add one level scoop of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well - consume withing 12 hours of mixing

We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
- Your Order Confirmation Email and Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent from shop@bivouac.co.nz
- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.

All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

Non Shipping Days and Delays:
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
