Anna enjoys thru-hiking and road cycling, anything to get the wilderness fix. She loves exploring New Zealand's classic North Island tramping areas and the South Island, especially the backcountry of Mt Aspiring National Park and Abel Tasman, as well as heading overseas whenever she gets the chance. When it comes to gear, Anna likes to keep things reasonably lightweight without sacrificing too much durability, comfort and safety. Her adventures include Te Araroa SOBO, the Pacific Crest Trail, Germany's E1, Te Araroa South Island NOBO, sections of the Hexatrek in France and the GR34 in Brittany, the Portuguese Camino de Santiago, plenty of adventures throughout New Zealand, and the occasional bikepacking trip in Germany.
