Everything you need and nothing you don't. Really great size for overnighters or great walks when you're staying in huts. Sits narrower than some of the other offerings which is great for smaller people. Find the hiking pole attachment point under the arm really convenient for stowing when you don't need them but accessible without removing your pack

The supportive frame is fit for both lighter weigh and fully loaded trips while providing air channels for ventilation on hot days. While those seeking maximum comfort might head for the Atmos style, Kestrel is everything you need and nothing you don't!
