Alex

Alex is one of the Sales Assistants at Bivouac Albany. You'll likely find him slogging off track through North Island native bush, climbing in the high alpine or at the local crag, or exploring on trail runs during the week. With a background as an instructor, Alex makes sure every piece of gear he takes out has a purpose that justifies its weight and is durable enough for repeated rough use. He believes in investing in quality gear that's suited to its intended purpose, with the motto "buy once, cry once". His current focus is trail running, and he's working towards more fastpacking missions and ultra-marathons in the future.
