The Spin Planet is good all round trail and walking shoe. The lace system wraps the bridge of the foot in very well while the toe box is roomy. I found that the midsole foam started to respond a lot better once I had put about a week's wear into them. The stack height, foam properties and lug pattern combine to offer a stable platform. I have enjoyed walking and travelling in them. However as a trail runner, it is limited due to its weight and lack of responsiveness from the midsole foam used.
