Hydra Ice Tool
A modular ice tool that can be customised to maximize performance on any technical winter terrain
Expert Pick

No product specifications available.

"This is a very good tool for just about all steep winter endeavours—No one will feel held back by this unless you're dry tooling the roof of some horizontal cave—the geometry isn't steep enough to be excellent at that.”

Highlights:
Highly modular setup • Natural swing feel • Clean and precise placements

Worth noting:
Stock picks feel role-specific • Not ideal for extreme dry tooling

Best for:
Steep winter climbing, mixed terrain and alpine objectives

All-round harness for all-day comfort
Expert Pick Adjustable Fit Contoured Fit 4 Gear Loops
Average weight
330g (Medium)

This has been a really good sport climbing harness, perfect for staying in for long days and time spent hanging whilst projecting new routes. The waistband and the leg loops sit nice and flat and distribute your weight really well, ensuring all day comfort. Although the gear loops are a bit small for a full trad rack, and there's no points to connect ice clippers, they're a really nice square shape which are easy to clip and remove gear from and are more than large enough for carrying 12 quickdraws and anchor building gear. The dedicated chalk bag mounting point sits in an accessible spot, nice and centred on the lower back.

Fit Tip: Elastic leg loops can be a bit snug on some people
