Just got back from an 8 day hike in Aspiring and Fjordland National Park (Rockburn, Lake Nerine area) hike and this was the perfect sleeping pad for being warm and so cozy in the alpine. It was one of my few pieces of luxury in my pack since I got the long wide(197cm) and I'm only 155cm tall and it's 9cm thick! I'm a back and side sleeper and had no issues, just amazing sleep after some hard days of hiking! Fit easily in my Moondance 1 tent. If your looking for a light weight and super comfy sleeping pad I would highly recommend!

The Exped Ultra mat 10 R is one of the lightest, compact and warmest mats in the market. The 10R value is designed for extreme cold conditions for winter backpacking or alpine touring. The rectangular shape provides more space for your legs, making it a more comfortable mat for those who tend to toss and turn or are side sleepers.

This is part of the re designed Exped Ultra series that brings in new features such as better warmth to weight ratio, 9cm thick pad, new reflective foil design to maximise thermal performance and the baffles are larger which cradles you body better and stops you rolling off.

I would highly recommend this product to any one who is weight conscious and going on extreme weather conditions.
