Earth Sea Sky's Hydrophobia is a true classic in New Zealand. You will not find a more hardwearing and durable rain jacket made in our own backyard than this one. This is not a jacket for those looking for lightweight and packable options. The Hydrophobia is an excellent 3-layer jacket with a strong face fabric that has the length that provides you with full coverage even when sitting down on wet benches. The pockets are designed to sit above your pack's hip belt so they are accessible at all times during your tramp. There's a nice little touch where the main pockets have a top and side entry. The main zip runs all the way to your chin for even more rain and wind coverage. The drawcord by the waist is really useful to create a better fit for all body shapes.
If you are looking for a durable jacket that will last you many years and will provide you with as most coverage to protect you from the rain and windy conditions, make the investment in the Hydrophobia jacket.

Fit Tip: The fit of the jacket is generous, allowing you to fit multiple layers underneath.
