Tasteless vegan capsules with added Vitamins D and B6 for electrolyte absorption but with no added carbohydrates. Here in a container of 80 capsules.

- RECOMMENDED USE: Take one (1) capsule with water or PURE Electrolyte Hydration drink every 30 to 60 minutes during hard physical activity. Take up to 10 capsules daily.
- For endurance sports PURE Sports Nutrition recommend 2 capsules per hour of exercise, taken with 500ml to 750ml of PURE Electrolyte hydration drink
- CAUTION: PURE Electrolyte Capsules will not prevent hyponatremia, heat stroke and other dangerous conditions resulting from over-exertion in extreme heat
