Great for everyday or work use. The pack has a comfortable thick padded back and shoulder straps. It has a dedicated laptop sleeve which can fit a 16" laptop and has lots of storage and organization options throughout the pack. The bungee-compression system can be really useful to quickly put a jacket, jandals or a smaller bag that you need to access easily. Some people find the pack to be a bit chunky/bulky.
