Mary Gray - Osprey Women's Dyna 6 Trail Running Vest Pack

Great trail running or cycling vest, easy access pockets and comfy to wear. Lightweight. The material is stretchy so you can fit things in well. The bladder and drinking tube it comes with were really light, flexible and good technology compared to others used in past.

Fit tip:

I found the small quite small, and the large way too big, a size in between would be useful for medium sized people.

Great trail running or cycling vest, easy access pockets and comfy to wear. Lightweight. The material is stretchy so you can fit things in well. The bladder and drinking tube it comes with were really light, flexible and good technology compared to others used in past.

Fit tip:

I found the small quite small, and the large way too big, a size in between would be useful for medium sized people.

I really love this running vest from Black Diamond. The fit is so comfortable and wraps around your body beautifully. They come in different sizes which allows you to pick the size that perfectly fits your body. I personally much prefer drinking out of flasks more than a bladder, so having those come with the vest is a great bonus. You can also add a bladder should you want to. There's some straps for you to carry your Z-poles on your back but it can be a bit awkward to try and take them out and put them back while running.
This is a great vest to use for training or shorter runs. The 4L capacity can be limiting if you are wanting to buy a vest that will be used for both training and races. 4L is definitely a bit small to carry all the compulsory race kit requirements.
