The Sonoma are great value for money. They are lightweight, have decent lugs and will make for a great first pair of durable trail running shoes or everyday walking shoes. There is nothing fancy to them, but then again that's what makes them such a great buy for someone not looking for an overly technical and high featured shoe and doesn't want to spend too much on them.

The Fuji lite 6 are an awesome trail running shoes. They fit a little bit more narrow than the Gel-Trabucos but feel much lighter. You feel nice and fast in them and they are responsive, feel the ground well which makes it easier to adapt to the terrain.
These would not be good for long distance running as they are not as cushioned or supportive. They make for a great training shoe and people looking for a shoe with a heel to toe drop that is not massive.
