This shoe is suuuper comfy and is an absolute gem for someone with wider feet who is just getting in to tramping! It’s perfect for those who aren’t the biggest fans of mid height boots but still provides a good amount of support to the ankle. It honestly feels like a dream to wear and I will always always always be recommending it for wider feet. It's a perfect first boot with a good feeling of both flex and rigidity. Additionally and probably most importantly, it’s also SUPER cute and one of the only hiking shoes we have with a little pop of pink!

Recently got these for day hikes/overnight trips where I wanted a bit more support/waterproofing, but still a lightweight shoe. Put them to the test on some very muddy tracks in Coromandel over Easter weekend and they were fantastic - mind you if the mud is deeper than your ankle you may be in some trouble. I have a higher arch and found these were very supportive and after 16kms my feet felt as though I hadn't even started the hike yet. I plan to use these on several Great Walks over the next year including the Routeburn, Kepler and Lake Waikaremoana. These are also the grippiest shoes I have ever used!

They fit to true to the US sizing, but are a slightly wider fit.
