If you’re looking for a comfortable bag that manages weight extremely well, this is the bag for you. It’s by no means the lightest pack, but that means it can accommodate a much heavier load. If you’re looking to do some overnight trips in the range of 3-6 nights with light-to-midweight gear, think Milford track, Lake Waikaremoana, Abel Tasman, or Round the Mountain this will be an ideal volume for you. The harness is extremely customizable and moulds to your body over-time. The ease of adjustability paired with the comfort of this bag are why it’s easily one of our most popular and asked about packs.

The Anti-Gravity design of this pack does make the hip belt quite stiff at first – it does relax over time but if you have wider hips and this pack doesn’t quite work for you, I’d recommend looking at the Ariel EF.

The Kyte 48 and 68 are excellent packs for carrying light to moderate weight gear and have heaps of attachment points for when you need to carry some more technical equipment. It's a shorter and wider built pack that really suits individuals who are in between torso sizing on other packs like the Aura 50 or Eja 48. The Kyte 68, similar to the Ariel 65, is an awesome pack for taking travelling as well as hiking thanks to its front zip access that lets you access the pack similar to a suitcase.

The Kyte 48 is a versatile pack that could be a good option for someone getting into hiking or even wanting a comfortable pack to go traveling in. This pack is affordable while keeping the high standard quality of higher priced models such as the back panel that can carry weight efficiently, outside stow away pocket, multiple access points (top, bottom and sides) to easily reach for your belongings and organize your pack better as well as loops designed specifically to stow away hiking poles, hip belt zip pockets and rain cover. The pack is sturdy and designed to fit women's torsos. The 48L volume is great for multiple day hikers who want to keep their packing to a minimum or to someone who is going traveling for a few months. This pack has it all.
