If you’re looking for a synthetic sleeping bag that’s not too weighty but is going to keep you warm on colder treks, this bag is a wicked options. It isn’t the lightest or the smallest because it is synthetic, but it’s fantastic for what it’s working with. It also ends up much more durable and able to withstand moisture as well, which is where down falls short. It’s super cozy and adjustable through zips and drawstrings, and has been designed to be great for side sleepers as well as front/back sleepers. If you’re not a down fan but you need a good, reliable, warm bag for your tramping adventures, I would definitely point you towards this sleeping bag.

This bag is a really good option for anyone who isn’t a down fan. It has a cozy, tapered fit and is easy to customise for warmth (e.g. pop your feet out the bottom, use as a quilt, tighten around the hood). While it does end up being a bit bulkier and heavier than its down-filled counterparts, you gain durability and effectiveness even in damp conditions.
