SOCK-FIT LW by SCARPA: The evolution of the concept of performance, agility and comfort. A construction system that offers a fit as snug as a sock. Sock-Fit by SCARPA gives the feeling of being one with your footwear. Sock-Fit LW by Scapra is for trail running models. The tongue is constructed in a single piece of elastic fabric which allows a light wrap around your feet, offering a snug feel and lateral stability.
EXO: Upper construction system designed and developed by SCARPA. Lateral protections (inserts or thermowelded cage) combined with upper, create an exoskeleton that better protects, support and contain the foot.
PRESA® is SCARPA's proprietary outsole brand, born out of 80+ years of technical outsole design experience, to deliver the best traction solutions available. IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology features seven internal impact absorption "domes" in the outsole and midsole that function just like shock absorbers, compressing upon impact to absorb energy. The impact zones are anatomically mapped to provide additional shock exactly where it is needed the most, while maintained stability outside those zones. The midsole material itself is dual-density EVA, providing additional lightweight shock absorption. Incorporated into the midsole is a Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion frame made of TPU (thermoplastic urethane). The DST frame wraps under the arch and extends back along both sides of the heel, for outstanding rearfoot stability and torsion control. The lug design of the outsole provides confidence-inspiring traction via 4mm deep lugs and SCARPA SuperGum rubber compound, which balances high friction with durability.

*Due to the oversized nature of certain products in our range we must charge an oversized shipping fee of $30 for 1 oversized item, or $50 for 2 or more oversized items to reflect the cost of shipping. International Orders:
We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
- Your Order Confirmation Email and Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent from shop@bivouac.co.nz
- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day using Click and Collect, should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.

All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

Non Shipping Days and Delays:
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
