While I haven’t personally used this bag, I have found that (in addition to obviously being a kid’s pack) it can fit very very well if you’re a shorter and slimmer build. I have had a few ladies looking for the perfect day pack that is light, fits a short torso length and has a thicker waist strap. I wouldn’t recommend this for an adult unless you have these proportions but if you’ve found that the sportlite or hikelite leaves you with excess pack too far up or down your back, this could be an option for you! The one important condition is that you have to be open to some funky colours.

Fit tip:

Very slim fit and for a shorter torso.

This 18L pack is a great option for kids ranging anywhere from 5 to 11 who are either only just getting into hiking or are wanting a small one-day hike pack that fits comfortably to their torso. The Jet 18 is a good option for your child to start to get use to carrying their own gear. You will comfortable fit food, water and spare clothes. The sternum strap and hip belt provide ultimate comfort and stability so that the pack stays in place.
