The Talon 22 is a more technical day pack, good for commuting and for one day hikes. The adjustable back panel allows for the perfect fit to your torso length. You can carry your hiking poles across your body by using the designated loops or clip in your bike helmet to the back. The hip belt with its zipped pockets is a feature you won't find on many small 22L day hike packs. It sits closely to your back which feels more secure when moving around. On the other hand, if you're someone who appreciates air flow on your back, this will not be the pack for you. The Talon also comes in a 33L version, giving you more space to fit your belongings. This is a great option for someone who doesn't need to carry a lot but appreciates the added features or wants to carry the weight comfortably by having it adjusted to the perfect size.

The Refugio 30L is a good pack used for commuting, work or even as a carry on. The bag is really nice and spacious and can fit everything you might need for a day. The outer mesh pocket is quite handy to keep dirty gear separated. There's a little bike light clipping point and daisy chains where you can hook thing to. Another nice feature is the padded laptop compartment that can fit a 15" laptop. The padding is pretty simple but fits comfortably while you take it from point A to B.

Fit tip:

Wouldn't fit short torsos as nicely

The sportlite 25 is a fantastic day pack for you if you’re wanting comfort, breathability and simplicity without spending a bajillion dollars on all the frills and fluff. While it doesn’t have a rigid, suspended back, it’s still got plenty of airflow and comfort from the airscape design. It also makes the bag way more transportable and easy to squish inside a suitcase/attach to another bag. I also love that there are multiple spots to customise the size and they didn’t skimp on the hip straps at all! Honestly a 10/10 and especially for the price.
