This jacket is a beautiful design, a good length if you’re looking for a longer raincoat and will keep you bone dry! It is on the heavier side, so I wouldn’t be recommending it for longer hikes. It’s also a slightly different fit to most of our other raincoats, as it has more of a T shape and doesn’t have separate sleeve panels. Because of this, it has more of a sloping shape on the shoulders and less of a defined and boxy look. It fits slimmer on the hips as well so I would recommend a size up if you’re on the curvier side.

Fit tip:
Slimmer fit and rounded shoulders.

"This is a very good product that shows ESS understands New Zealand tramping conditions... it is functional and above all extremely comfortable."
