- Search Assist Plus: a small icon at the top of the screen indicates the current recommended speed. The search becomes more intuitive, fluid and controlled- especially for less experienced users. But professionals also benefit, as the visual aids help maintain the right speed and avoid missing any signals in stressful situations.
- Interference Protection System (IPS): this unique technology compensates for the influence of electronic and metallic interference on the transmitter by analysing and adapting to the interfering signals. This allows the PEIPS MINI IPS to deliver maximum transmission power. (While the IPS system can compensate for a large portion of this interference, its sheer diversity means it cannot eliminate all interference. It is still recommended maintaining a minimum distance of 20 cm in transmit mode and 50 cm in search mode from potential sources of interference)
- Auto Search-To-Send (Auto-Rever): In the event of a secondary avalanche, the avalanche transceiver automatically switches from search to send after a certain period of inactivity (motion sensor does not register any movement).
- Group Check: The group check allows you to quickly, conveniently, and reliably check all avalanche transceivers before the tour starts. The MINI IPS indicates whether each device is transmitting correctly, ensuring that the entire group is optimally prepared. The group check distance can also be adjusted to 3 meters via the PIEPS app – ideal for use with snowmobiles.
- Ghost Signal Elimination: Pieps' sophisticated signal verification only displays signals from avalanche transceivers and no "ghost signals" from other sources.
- APP Support: The PIEPS app allows you to preform firmware updates and customise device settings. It also enables an app-based device check that comprehensively verifies all functions, as well as the creation of training sceneries- for greater safety and practical relevance.

We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day using Click and Collect, should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.

All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
