COOLMAX® EcoMade: technology provides the same reliable wicking performance that COOLMAX® offers while being made from 100% recycled resources. COOLMAX® EcoMade fibres have channels that wick moisture away from your skin and spreads it across a broad area for fast evaporation and a more comfortable sleep.
TENCELâ„¢ Lyocell: is a sustainable material providing effective temperature regulation and moisture management for premium comfort. Derived from the sustainably sourced renewable wood fibres and manufactured using environmental responsible processes. TENCELâ„¢ fibres define a new standard of sustainability and natural comfort. TENCELâ„¢ Lyocell fibres support body temperature regulating properties through their moisture management. In addition, their high tenacity profile and gentleness to the skin offers long-lasting softness.
HeiQ Fresh: Sea to Summit Liners are treated with HeiQ Fresh FFL, a biocide-free, highly effective odour control technology that uses a bio-based Amino Sugar Polymer to neutralise body odour.

*Due to the oversized nature of certain products in our range we must charge an oversized shipping fee of $30 for 1 oversized item, or $50 for 2 or more oversized items to reflect the cost of shipping. This will include large packs, tents or heavy items. In most cases, a note will be displayed in the product description where this is applicable.
International Orders:
We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
- Your Order Confirmation Email and Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent from shop@bivouac.co.nz
- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.
Track & Trace
All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

We offer free click & collect on all available items. Find out more here.
Non Shipping Days and Delays:
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.
Note: During public holidays courier services are unavailable and dispatch will occur the next working day:
- 1st & 2nd January – New Years holidays
- 6th February – Waitangi Day
- Easter Weekend – Good Friday & Easter Monday
- 25th April – ANZAC Day

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
