What precautions should I follow before packing my GPS/camera/cell phone in a dry sack/TPU Accessory Case?
Be aware that no roll-top dry sack (regardless of manufacturer) is waterproof enough for problem-free storage of sensitive electronic devices. A very small amount of moisture is sufficient to permanently damage or destroy electronics.
If you are going to take electronic devices into very wet environments, double-bag the device: pack it into one dry sack, roll and click the roll-top closure, then pack this into a second (larger) dry sack, and roll and click this closure.
Also be aware that condensation can form inside a waterproof sack: when you close the sack, the air you trap inside it will contain moisture. If the sack is then exposed to cooler air (which is often the case in boating environments) this moisture will condense inside the sack - i.e. it will turn back into liquid moisture. Therefore, it's a good idea to pack a desiccant (such as the silica gel packs which come in the original packaging with electronics) into the dry sack.
TPU Accessory Cases use a double-Velcro roll-top system, and the TPU film makes it easier to achieve a watertight seal than conventional dry sacks. Properly sealed, they are waterproof enough for boating use (stopping short of full submersion) - however, the above caution regarding condensation still applies.

We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.

All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

Non Shipping Days and Delays:
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
