- SOTO's stoves are compatible with all major gas canisters on the market today. All major gas brand companies' canisters are equipped with a Lindal valve. The connection for SOTO's stoves has been engineered to be compatible with the Lindal valve system thereby making it compatible with all major fuel canisters.
- The information on the 70/30% mixture indicated on the packaging of SOTO's stove is required to meet standard guidelines. SOTO's stoves will work with any combination of butane, isobutane and/or propane gas mixtures.
- The choice of gas mixture is based on where the stove is intended to be used and the desired performance.

We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.

Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

Non Shipping Days and Delays:
- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
