- Requires no pumping, chemicals, test strips, extended time-keeping or filters; leaves no after taste, will not clog and does not require lubrication
- When operating properly the Classic 3 will emit a visible light as well as UV light so if you can't see a light it needs to be repaired before further use

- While Classic 3's battery compartment is designed to be highly water-resistant, it is not waterproof. Avoid submerging Classic 3's battery end in water.
- Classic 3's battery performance may be adversely affected by cold weather. In temperatures below 0°C carry the unit close to your body or warm up batteries before use. If batteries are too cold, Classic 3's LED indicator may give low battery signal. Warm up batteries and treat again.
- Make sure to dry after each use.
- When not in use, Classic 3 should be kept in a safe place that is clean and dry. It should not be exposed to temperatures above 49°C or below -20°C.
- To clean Classic 3, wash with a soft cloth and a mild soap solution. Rinse soap from device and dry with a clean, soft cloth.
- If Classic 3's bulb is cracked, chipped or damaged, don't use it. Return it to the store or contact SteriPEN for repair.< /li>

We are unable to ship internationally.
NZ Overnight Delivery:
All standard orders are sent via NZ Post’s Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next working day - nationwide, however delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
- Options for 'Signature Required' or 'No Signature Required' via the checkout.
- We deliver to NZ physical addresses and PO Boxes (no parcel lockers).
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- For Rural Deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a bit longer.
- Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

- Orders with both standard and oversized items in them, will be delivered in the oversized delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
Oversized Deliveries:
Shipping of oversized items takes 3-7 working days. However you are able to pick these up Same Day should the oversized item be available in your selected store. Find out more here.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped from multiple locations. This means your order could arrive in separate packages or be delivered on different days.

- Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
- Sale periods may cause delays due to increased order volume.

Rural Delivery:
No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times. Rural may take a further 1-2 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
